• These competitions are run and promoted by Alphabits ABN  35 250 877 496

• The competitions are open to all Australian residents except employees of Alphabits and their immediate families.

• The competitions will run from Thursday the 4th of February 2016 until 5pm on Monday the 8th of February 2016.

• There is no cash alternative to the Prizes.  The competitions’ prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable

• Entry to the competitions is via Facebook.

• Winners will be selected by Alphabits from all valid entries, and announced on Facebook and Instagram. The winner must then email the specified email address with their details.

• Winners will be required to contact Alphabits by email to confirm acceptance, and provide name and shipping address for Alphabits to deliver their prize by 6pm on Monday the 8th of February 2016.  If they do not, they forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected.

• Entrants must be residents of Australia and provide an Australian shipping address for their prize to be delivered

• If the winners do not supply their address by 6pm on Monday, the 8th of February 2016 we cannot guarantee that the Prize will arrive before Valentine’s day.

• By entering the competition entrants agree for their Facebook/Instagram name to be published by Alphabits for Alphabits activity without additional payment or permission.

• The entry instructions are part of the Terms and Conditions for these competitions.

• By entering the competition, you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will mean that your entry will not be valid, and you will not be allowed to enter these competitions.

• Any entry containing incorrect, false or unreadable information will be rejected.  Any applications made on behalf of or for another person or multiple entries will not be included in the competitions.

• Any personal information you give us will be used solely for these competitions and will not be passed on to any other parties without your agreement.

• Under no circumstances will Alphabits be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion of the competitions or prize.

• Alphabits will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with these competitions and Alphabits can cancel or alter the competition at any stage.

• Any dispute relating to these competitions shall be governed by the laws of Australia will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
